About the event
This nourishing three-hour workshop explores how to support your body’s natural detoxification systems through food, lifestyle, and gentle cleansing practices.
You’ll learn which foods help and hinder detoxification, why cleansing is essential for long-term vitality, and how to work with your body rather than against it.
We’ll also make practical detoxification treatments together and enjoy fresh smoothies and juices designed to support liver, gut, and lymphatic health. A healthy, seasonal platter will be provided to nourish and ground you throughout the session.
