Support your health in winter with this practical, hands-on immunity workshop, focused on traditional herbal support for immune health.
In this three-hour session, you’ll learn about key medicinal herbs used to strengthen immunity and support the body during seasonal challenges.
Together we’ll make a range of immune-supporting remedies, including immunity teas, cough drops, herbal gummies, cough salves and fire cider.
