Comprehensive Wellness Consultation

Service Description

With over 20 years of clinical experience, consultations are designed to provide deep, personalised support. I offer one of the most comprehensive initial consultations to be found in New Zealand. These one-on-one consultations take two hours, and we will explore your unique health story in depth. We review your full health history, symptoms across all body systems, emotional wellbeing and limiting beliefs, as well as your stress levels and energy patterns. Through detailed case-taking and traditional naturopathic assessment tools - including facial, nail, and tongue analysis, and where appropriate palpation or auscultation - I gain a deeper understanding of your health. From this, I create a personalised healing plan that may include dietary guidance, lifestyle support, and herbal or nutritional recommendations, grounded in both nature and science. For Child Consultations: Additional preparation time is taken prior to your child’s appointment to carefully review their health history. The Mother & Child Consultations are designed for a parent and child to be seen together in one appointment. We explore shared lifestyle factors such as diet, stress, sleep, and emotional wellbeing, while also addressing each person’s individual health needs. This session includes personalised naturopathic guidance, dietary and lifestyle recommendations, and herbal or nutritional support where appropriate. These 2 hour consultations are available in person or remotely via phone or video. What many people clients experience with these in depth consultations, is a feeling of being seen and deeply heard in a confidential setting. I see many people who have tried modern medicine and other approaches to healing, and their experience can be disheartening at times. Perhaps they didn't get the results, or answers they were looking for. Often they feel like they are a number in the system. When you come to see me you will have my full attention. I will treat you and your needs individually. I will deeply consider the root causes of your issues, and treat these alongside symptoms.
