Follow Up Consultation

Service Description

My follow-up consultations provide 30–45 minutes (or there is the option to choose 1 hour for an extended follow up) of dedicated support to review your progress, refine your wellness plan, and continue supporting your health journey. These sessions can be done in person or remotely via phone or video for your convenience. Drawing on over 20 years of clinical experience, we assess how your body and energy are responding, review any testing or assessments, explore new symptoms or changes, and adjust your dietary, lifestyle, herbal, or nutritional plan as needed. Course corrections can be made along the way, and once specific health concerns are resolved, we can shift focus to other areas, deepening your overall wellbeing. These sessions also provide space for motivation, accountability, and ongoing guidance - helping you stay supported, encouraged, and empowered as your health continues to evolve.
