"Nicola has really helped me since I’ve start seeing her a few months ago. For years I’ve felt let down by my GP, Gynaecologist and dermatologist however I feel seen and supported by Nicola. Thank you again!"

"When I got diagnosed with PCOS and suspected endo little over a year ago, it was nice to finally have answers. However when traditional methods of managing the symptoms weren’t helping and I was told my options were limited, I started researching to see what else I could try. I quickly became overwhelmed, as there was so much information online and I didn’t know where to start or what would work for me.
Since seeing Nicola and sticking to the plans she recommended to actually treat my symptoms, I have noticed a massive difference in myself, my energy levels, my hormones and my body. I knew diet had an impact but I never knew where to start or how much of an impact making simple changes could have. I’d never considered naturopathy before, but I am so grateful to have found Nicola. She makes the whole process very easy, giving you all the information and supports you the whole way. I would definitely recommend."
